Lately I've been drawn to the traditional black or white way of dressing, or in other words
monochrome.
I decided to mix the laid back, chilled vibe that comes with this beanie, with my chic go
to buckle boots. These boots are high enough to give me some height, yet low enough to be walk in.
The sun finally decided to show its face, prompting me to put on my black mini skirt, this skirt is fast
becoming my favourite, originally it was massive and pencil shaped. After rolling it up a few inches
and turning the slit to the front, I am left with a more structured skirt that does not drown me.
I think a simple white tee is the perfect foundation for any outfit; if I am stuck on what to wear; I
simply throw this on and build up my outfit from there. Here I decided to add some bling with my
treasured gold chain, whilst draping my vintage biker over my shoulder to add some much-needed
toughness.
Beanie: H&M, White tee: George at Asda, Gold chain: Brick Lane Market, Biker: Greenwich Market,
Skirt: Charity Shop, Buckle Boots: Greenwich market.
Hi there!
I’m Benita, an avid stalker of fashion, style, and art, I also love food, and would probably eat anything. As a sixth form student who dreads Mondays, has mini breakdowns every now and then, I always find ways to indulge in what I love most. This means that when I’m trying to avoid the ever growing piles of coursework, you’ll find me on Tumblr, fashion blogs, magazines seeking inspiration, in charity shops and markets, reading, eating, blogging, drawing and dancing (behind closed doors).
Here on Tabitha, I’m given the chance to share with you guys, little bits of my world and me. Living in London, I’m immersed in culture and creativity, my style is mostly inspired by what I see outside my front door. I will mostly do style posts, bits about London and inspirations, with hope that you are inspired along the way.
